“双一流”背景下高校基层行政管理人员岗位胜任力提升路径探析

摘要 科学高效的管理工作在“双一流”的创建过程中起着至关重要的作用。目前,高校基层行政管理人员受意识不足、职业认同感缺失、适宜培养制度缺乏、职业发展受限、激励制度不足等因素制约,岗位胜任力不足,高校管理工作效率低下,不能为一流的教学科研提供有力支撑。高校应从提升意识、增强职业认同感、建立健全培养制度、重视职业发展、改善绩效制度等路径着手,有效提升基层行政管理人员的岗位胜任力。 Scientific and efficient management plays a crucial role in the creation process of"Double First Class".At present,grassroots administrative personnel in universities are constrained by factors such as insufficient awareness,lack of professional identity,lack of suitable training systems,limited career development,and insufficient incentive systems,resulting in insufficient job competence and low efficiency of university management work,which cannot provide strong support for first-class teaching and research.Universities should start by raising awareness,enhancing professional identity,establishing a sound training system,emphasizing career development,and improving performance systems to effectively enhance the job competence of grassroots administrative management personnel.
