摘要
思政课程是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,师生互动是常见的教学活动,对达成思政课教学目标具有重要影响。当前,在高职院校思政课教学过程中,存在师生互动观念固化、师生互动技巧不足和师生互动效果缺乏保障等问题。为更好地构建高职院校思政课师生互动机制,本研究提出以下建议:增强师生互动意识,优化教学设计;开展互动技能培训,注重互动反馈;丰富课程考核方式,进行有效沟通。
The ideological and political course is a key course to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.Teacher student interaction is a common teaching activity that has a significant impact on achieving the teaching objectives of the ideological and political course.Currently,in the teaching process of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges,there are problems such as the solidification of teacher-student interaction concepts,insufficient teacher-student interaction skills,and a lack of guarantee for the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction.To better construct a teacher-student interaction mechanism for ideological and political courses in vocational colleges,this study proposes the following suggestions:enhancing teacher-student interaction awareness,optimizing teaching design;Conducting interactive skill training and emphasizing interactive feedback;Enrich course assessment methods and engage in effective communication.
