基于工程人才培养的实践教学体系研究与实践

Research and Practice of Practice Teaching System Based on Engineering Talent Training

实践教学在工程人才培养过程中起着举足轻重的作用,为了适应现代产业学院模式下的工程人才培养,文章通过对学校人才培养办学定位、专业人才培养目标、人才培养方案、实践教学体系以及企业岗位需求的分析,重构了工程人才培养的实践教学体系(包括目标体系、内容体系和资源体系等),改革了课内实验内容及方法、集中实训教学内容和方法、毕业设计内容及模式等,可为同类相关院校的实践教学体系改革提供借鉴和参考。

The practice teaching plays an important role in the process of training engineering talents.In order to adapt to the training of engineering talents under themode ofmodern industry college,based on the analysis of the orientation of school personnel training,the training objectives of professional personnel,the training plan of personnel,the practical teaching system and the post requirements of enterprises,the practice teaching system(including the target system,the content system and the resource system,etc.)for the training of engineering talents has been reconstructed,the content and method of experiment in class,the content and method of concentrated training,the content and mode of graduation design are reformed.It is hoped that the experience can be used for reference for the reform of the practice teaching system in the similar colleges.
