基于“业财融合”的财务管理教学改革研究

在大数据背景下,会计行业发生了深刻的变革,具体表现为从会计电算化阶段向财务共享中心为主体的云财务阶段转变。新形势下,企业对云财务管理会计人才的需求增大,对高校会计专业学生的职业能力提出了更高的要求。文章基于“业财融合”背景,对高校财务管理课程的特征以及存在的困境进行了分析,阐述了财务管理教学改革的必要性,并提出相应改革路径。本研究旨在不断提高学生的综合素质,促进财务管理课程的教学改革发展,为社会培养更多高素质的综合技能型人才。

In the context of big data,profound changes have taken place in the accounting industry,specifically manifested in the transition from the accounting computerization stage to the cloud finance stage where the financial sharing center is the main body.Under the new situation,enterprises have increased the demand for cloud financial management accounting talents,placing higher requirements on the professional abilities of accounting students in universities.Based on the background of"industry finance integration",this article analyzes the characteristics and existing difficulties of financial management courses in universities,expounds the necessity of financial management teaching reform,and proposes corresponding reform paths.The purpose of this study is to continuously improve the comprehensive quality of students,promote the teaching reform and development of financial management courses,and cultivate more high-quality and comprehensive skilled talents for the society.
