结构和能动视角下高校研究生学术创新的困境和路径选择

摘要 新时代,我国正加快向创新型国家迈进,新的时代特点对高校的学术建设提出了更高层次的要求。研究生作为高校从事学术研究的主要群体,其学术创新的水平直接影响着国家的科研创新。本研究基于结构和能动的视角,分析当前我国高校研究生学术创新存在的困境,提出了可供选择的路径:提升高校教育创新环境系统性能、完善创新激励机制建设、加强对研究生学术动机和态度的引导、建立良好的学术互动氛围。 In the newera,China is accelerating itsmarch towards an innovative country,and the characteristics of the new era have put forward higher requirements for the academic construction of universities.Graduate students are the main group engaged in academic research in universities,and their level of academic innovation directly affects the development of national scientific research innovation.Based on a structural and dynamic perspective,this study analyzes the current dilemmas of academic innovation among graduate students in China's universities and proposes alternative paths:improving the performance of the university education innovation environment system,improving the construction of innovation incentive mechanisms,strengthening the guidance of graduate students'academic motivation and attitude,and establishing a good academic interaction atmosphere.
