高职学生就业指导课程现状调查研究

摘要 文章在分析文献资料的背景下,结合湖南“三高四新”发展战略以及经济发展状况,将湖南省的部分高职院校作为研究对象,针对高职就业指导课程的建设情况展开深入调查。调查依据我国就业指导课程教学标准,将态度、知识、技能目标几个维度作为前提,调查内容包含学生基本信息、学校课程状况、学生满意度、大学生职业生涯定向、独立能力、价值观、职业素养、学生自我认知、信息检索、管理技能、职业发展、生涯决策有关能力、求职能力等,应用李克特五分量表法编制调查问卷。通过调查全面分析高职就业指导课程的不足之处,为就业课程改革奠定基础。 Based on the analysis of literature and materials,combined with the development strategy of"three high and four new"and the economic development situation in Hunan,this article conducts an in-depth investigation into the construction of vocational guidance courses in some vocational colleges in Hunan Province.The survey is based on the teaching standards of employment guidance courses in China,with several dimensions of attitude,knowledge,and skill goals as prerequisites.The survey content includes basic information about students,school curriculum status,student satisfaction,career orientation of college students,independence,values,career nutrition,students'self-cognition,information retrieval,management skills,career development,career decision-making related abilities,and job hunting abilities.The questionnaire was compiled using Likert's five component scale method.Through investigation and comprehensive analysis of the shortcomings of vocational employment guidance courses,lay a foundation for the reform of employment courses.
