摘要
目的:探讨思维导图结合PBL教学在感染科规培技能教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年8月至2022年12月在感染科轮转的44名规培医师作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组实行PBL教学法,实验组实行思维导图联合PBL教学法。教学效果评价采用理论考核、技能操作考核和教学自评问卷调查。结果:实验组的理论成绩及技能成绩均明显高于对照组的成绩(P均<0.001),且实验组的教学自评结果同样高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:实践表明,思维导图分析联合PBL教学法能提高感染科规培医师的技能教学质量,提高教学满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of mind mapping combined with PBL teaching in the teaching of standardized skills in infectious diseases.Methods Atotal of 44 trained physicians rotating in theDepartment of Infectious Diseases from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group received PBL teaching method,while the experimental group received mind mapping combined with PBL teaching method.The evaluation of teaching effectiveness adopts theoretical assessment,skill operation assessment,and teaching self-evaluation questionnaire survey.Results The theoretical and skill scores of the experimental groupwere significantly higher than those of the control group(both P<0.001),and the teaching self-evaluation results of the experimental group were also higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The practice shows that mind mapping analysis combined with PBL teaching method can improve the quality of skill teaching and improve teaching satisfaction of physicians trained in infectious diseases,which is worth promoting.
