文章在深入剖析我国大学生“三下乡”社会实践活动现存问题的基础上,依托安徽医科大学卫生管理学院的实践教学案例,对大学生“三下乡”社会实践教育机制进行了优化。通过推进特色活动品牌化、实践内容专业化、实践工作制度化、团队结构多元化、实践基地多样化、校政企协同合作常态化等方式,不断提高“三下乡”社会实践育人机制的实效性与长效性。

On the basis of in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the social practice activities of college students'"Volunteer Activities for the Country People"in China,the article optimizes the social practice education mechanism of college students'"Volunteer Activities for the Country People"based on the practical teaching case of the School of Health Management of Anhui Medical University.By promoting the branding of characteristic activities,professionalization of practical content,institutionalization of practical work,diversification of team structure,diversification of practical bases,and normalization of collaborative cooperation between schools,governments,and enterprises,we continuously improve the effectiveness and long-term effectiveness of the"Volunteer Activities for the Country People"social practice education mechanism.
