高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设探讨——以兰州职业技术学院为例

摘要 为了适应职业教育人才培养目标,彰显职业教育特色,如何建设与培养高职教师,不断提高高职教师队伍的建设质量,已成为职业教育深化发展、提升职业教育人才培养质量和促进职业院校内涵发展的重要目标。文章以兰州职业技术学院为例,通过分析兰州职业技术学院的教师培养现状,阐述高职院校教师培养制度实施中存在的问题,针对问题提出完善、改进的对策和建议,旨在为建立高效的甘肃高职院校教师培养制度提供有益参考。 In order to adapt to the goal of talent cultivation in vocational education,highlight the characteristics of vocational education,how to build and cultivate vocational teachers,and continuously improve the quality of the construction of vocational teacher team has become an important goal of deepening the development of vocational education,improving the quality of talent cultivation in vocational education,and promoting the connotation development of vocational colleges.This article takes the teaching of Lanzhou Vocational Technical College as an example,analyzes the current situation of teacher training in Lanzhou Vocational Technical College,expounds the problems existing in the implementation of the teacher training system in vocational colleges,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the problems,with the aim of providing useful reference for establishing an efficient teacher training system in Gansu vocational colleges.
