职业指导课体验式教学模式在大班制中的应用探索

摘要 针对职业指导课课程特点,为提高职业指导课的教学效果,形式多样的体验式教学成了教学突破口。然而,在大班制授课环境下,如何将理论教学和体验教学有效地衔接,以及体验式教学中需注意的关键问题却很少见诸文献,基于此,文章重点探讨了在职业指导课中传统教学模式和体验式教学模式的区别,并结合教学实践,尝试对体验式教学模式在大班制中的应用进行了探索,对职业指导课的教学提供一种新思路。 According to the characteristics of career development and planning course,many teachers explore diversified experiential teaching models in order to improve the teaching achievements.However,in the large class,how to connect theoretical teaching with experiential teaching effectively What are the key problems of experiential teaching These issues have received little attention in the documents.This paper focuses on the difference between traditional teaching mode and experiential teaching mode,attempts to explore the teaching application of experiential teaching mode based on the author's teaching practice.It is a new way for the application about the experiential teaching model of career development and planning course in large class.
