新时代人力资源管理专业课程教学改革的困境与对策

摘要 新时代如何破解人力资源管理专业课程教学改革的困境,成为该专业教师关注的焦点。为推动人力资源管理专业课程教学改革与一流专业的建设,文章对专业课程教学改革的困境与对策进行了较为深入的研究。在阐述该专业课程教学改革现实需求的基础上,剖析了改革中存在的教学改革理念滞后、课程体系僵化和内容方式方法缺乏创新等问题,并提出了更新教学理念、构建课程体系和改革教学方式方法等对策,为推动新时代人力资源管理专业课程教学改革提供具体的路径。 In the new era,how to solve the dilemma of teaching reform in the curriculum of human resources management has become the focus of attention of teachers in this major.In order to promote the teaching reform of human resources management courses and the construction of first-class majors,the article conducts a relatively indepth study of the difficulties and countermeasures of the teaching reform of professional courses.On the basis of elaborating the practical needs of the curriculum reform in this major,this paper analyzes on the problems existing in the reform,such as the lag in teaching reform concepts,the rigidity of the curriculum system,and the lack of innovation in content,methods,and methods.It also proposes countermeasures such as updating teaching concepts,constructing curriculum systems,and reforming teaching methods,in order to provide a specific path for promoting the curriculum reform of human resources management in the new era.
