专创融合背景下创新创业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents under the Background of Integration of Specialty and Innovation

当前,高校的创新型人才培养与国家战略、产业需求和社会发展在结构、质量、水平上仍存在一定差距。在创新驱动发展的新时代,对大学生进行专业理论实践和创新创业知识技能相结合的融合式教育尤为必要。文章以专创融合为背景,概括总结了专创融合的内涵特点,并根据当下高校创新创业教育存在的问题,分析其面临的现实困境,尝试构建贯穿人才培养全过程的创新创业人才培养新模式。

At present,there is still a certain gap in the structure,quality and level between the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities and the national strategy,industrial demand and social development.In the new era of innovation-driven development,it is particularly necessary to carry out integrated education for college students based on the combination of professional theoretical practice and innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge and skills.This paper summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the integration of specialty and innovation based on the background of the integration of specialty and innovation,and analyzes the practical difficulties faced by the integration of specialty and innovation based on the existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and tries to build a new model of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training that runs through the whole process of talents.
