艺术设计本科应用型人才细分及其结构化培养模式的探索

Subdivision on Applied Talents of Art Design Undergraduates and the Exploration of Structured Training Mode

艺术设计学科的实践活动具有高创意性、高技能性,故格外注重能够将知识应用于实践的应用型人才的培养。但现阶段以学校层次划分人才,尤其是应用型人才的观念已经不能适应新时代艺术设计学科教育的发展。为突破此瓶颈,文章从艺术设计的学科特点出发,对艺术设计应用型人才进行细分,从而提出艺术设计本科应用型人才结构化培养模式,并解析了结构化人才培养模式的内涵,以及其与现阶段分类培养模式的不同,进而指明结构化人才培养模式的实施路径。

The practical activities of the art and design discipline are highly creative and skilled,so special attention is paid to the cultivation of applied talents who can apply knowledge to practice.But at present,the concept of dividing talents by school level,especially applied talents,cannot adapt to the development of art and design education in the new era.To break through this bottleneck,this article starts from the disciplinary characteristics of art and design,subdivides applied talents in art and design,and proposes a structured training model for undergraduate applied talents in art and design.It analyzes the connotation of the structured talent training model and its differences from the current classified training model,and then points out the implementation path of the structured talent training model.
