基于德国IHK标准的实训基地建设与管理研究——以台州职业技术学院为例

Research on the Construction and Management of Training Base Based on German IHK Standard——Take Taizhou Vocational&Technical College as an example

职业教育类型决定了实训教学环节是提升职业教育质量的关键所在,决定了实训基地是职业教育教学的核心场所,是推动职业教育产教融合的重要载体,是培养高素质技术技能人才的有效途径。本文总结台州职业技术学院及兄弟院校过去实训基地建设和管理中存在的问题,以“双元”育人为主线,借助德国IHK标准,详细阐述了实训基地建设与管理的思路和实施路径,以期有效提升实训基地管理和运行水平。

The type of vocational education determines that the practical training and teaching process is the key to improving the quality of vocational education.It determines that the practical training base is the core venue for vocational education and teaching,an important carrier for promoting the integration of industry and education in vocational education,and an effective way to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.This article summarizes the problems in the construction and management of practical training bases at Taizhou Vocational and Technical College and its sister universities in the past.Taking"dual education"as the main line and using the German IHK standard,it elaborates in detail on the ideas and implementation paths for the construction and management of practical training bases,in order to effectively improve the management and operation level of practical training bases.
