摘要
协作和团队合作是教师工作的重要特点,创建教师专业学习社群有利于推动教师专业发展。文章通过对460名乡村幼儿教师的问卷调查发现,乡村幼儿教师在合作学习、专业能力、园长领导、结构支持方面均具有良好的表现,且组织变革障碍不大。本研究结果表明:各指标间的相关性较高,共同推动着专业学习社群的发展;差异分析显示编制、教龄、学历、职称对教师专业学习社群发展影响较大。为了提升乡村教师专业学习社群水平,应提高政策倾斜水平,留住乡村教师;强化专业发展,提高教师专业能力;加强园长培训,提升园长领导力。
Collaboration and teamwork are important characteristics of teachers'work.Creating and understanding the development of teachers'professional learning community is conducive to promoting teachers'professional development.Through a questionnaire survey of 460 rural preschool teachers,this paper found that rural preschool teachers have good performance in cooperative learning,professional ability,head leadership,and structural support,and the obstacles to organizational change are small.The results of this study show that the correlation between the indicators is high,which jointly promote the development of professional learning communities;The difference analysis shows that the establishment,teaching age,education background and professional title have a great impact on the development of teachers'professional learning community.In order to improve the level of rural teachers'professional learning community,we should improve the level of policy preference and retain rural teachers;Strengthen professional development and improve teachers'professional ability;Strengthen the training of principals and improve their leadership.
