自治视域下高校学生管理创新研究

Research on the Innovation of College Student Management from the Perspective of Autonomy

大学阶段是学生由校园进入社会的预备期,需学生完成从“他律”到“自律”的转变。着眼于学生长足发展的角度,实现学生自治,构建自主管理模式已成为高校创新学生管理工作的必然选择。文章首先研究了高校学生管理中的“自治”,其次分析了学生自治的基本原则,最后重点探究自治视域下高校学生管理的创新路径,以期使学生切实参与到管理自治之中,真正做到“人本为核心、管理靠自己”,提升学生管理工作的实效性,更好地促进学生的全面发展。

The university stage is the preparatory period for students to enter the society from the campus,which requires students to complete the transformation from"heteronomy"to"self-discipline".From the perspective of students'substantial development,realizing student autonomy and constructing independent management mode has become the inevitable choice of innovative student management in colleges and universities.This paper first studies the"autonomy"in college student management,then analyzes the basic principles of student autonomy,and finally focuses on exploring the innovative path of college student management under the perspective of autonomy,with a view to enabling students to participate in the management autonomy,truly achieve"people-centered,management depends on themselves",improve the effectiveness of student management,and better promote the comprehensive development of students.
