新工科背景下基于OBE―CDIO理念的人因工程学教学改革探索 被引量:2

摘要 文章通过分析新工科背景下人因工程学课程教学过程中存在的问题,运用OBE―CDIO理念从社会需求出发优化课程教学目标和教学方法,通过实验教学、案例教学提高学生的实践能力,利用翻转课堂让学生成为课堂的主体,从被动接受转为主动学习,优化考核机制,培养学生成为复合型人才。实践证明教学实施效果良好,为其他相关课程的教学改革提供了参考。 By analyzing the problems existing in the teaching process of human factors engineering courses under the background of new engineering,the OBE-CDIO concept is used to optimize the teaching objectives and teaching methods of the course from the needs of society,improve students'practical ability through experimental teaching and case teaching,use flipped classroom to make students the main body of the classroom,shift from passive reception to active learning,optimize the assessment mechanism,and cultivate students to become compound talents.Practice has proved that the teaching implementation effect is good,and it provides a reference for the teaching reform of other related courses.
