摘要
实习生制度是保证实习生在企业顺利完成专业实习任务、培养工程实践素养及解决实际问题能力的重要基础,也是大学毕业生顺利进入职场的重要保障。文章以ICT人才培养为例,通过分析企业实习生制度的现状,探索了校企协同的企业实习生制度的建设思路,并给出了实践结果。
The intern system is an important basis to ensure that interns successfully complete professional internship tasks in enterprises,cultivate engineering practice quality and solve practical problems,and also an important guarantee for college graduates to enter the workplace smoothly.Taking ICT talent training as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the enterprise internship system,explores the construction ideas of the enterprise internship system of school-enterprise collaboration,and provide practical results.
