“三全育人”视域下辅导员心理育人能力的培养与提升

The Cultivation and Improvement of Counselors'Psychological Education Ability from the Perspective of"Sanquan Education"

三全育人,即全员、全过程、全方位育人。“三全育人”为心理育人提供了新理念,辅导员是高校育人工作队伍的中坚力量,要在“三全育人”视域下充分发挥辅导员的作用,通过心理育人把大学生培养成新时代全面发展的人才。文章分析了“三全育人”视域下心理育人面临的现实困境,提出通过加强辅导员心理育人能力顶层设计、深化辅导员心理育人理念、全员协同落实心理育人、开展辅导员全过程心理育人、促进辅导员全方位心理育人等方面来培养和提升辅导员的心理育人能力。

Sanquan education,that is full staff,the whole process,all-round education."Sanquan Education"provides a new concept for psychological education.Counselors are the backbone force in the university education team.In the perspective of"Sanquan education",counselors should give full play to the role of counselors and train college students into all-round talents in the new era through psychological education.This paper analyzes the realistic dilemma faced by psychological education from the perspective of"Sanquan education".From the perspective of"Sanquan education",it is proposed to cultivate and improve counselors'psychological education ability by strengthening the top-level design of counselors'psychological education ability,deepening the concept of counselors'psychological education,coordinating the implementation of counselors'psychological education,carrying out counselors'psychological education in the whole process and promoting counselors'all-round psychological education.
