新时代高校辅导员职业发展路径浅探

On the Career Development Path of College Counselors in the New Era

高校辅导员是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。辅导员的职业发展是对辅导员队伍建设提出的新命题,关系到高校思想政治教育的内涵式发展。针对目前高校辅导员专业素养不足导致的本领恐慌、职业认同感不强,培训培养体制不完善、职业晋升出现瓶颈等问题,文章拟从厘清职业定位、提升专业技能、加强职业生涯规划、搭建发展平台、构建辅导员多元化评价考核机制等方面提升辅导员的职业技能,优化辅导员的职业发展路径。

College counselors are the guides and guides for the healthy growth of college students,and the backbone of ideological and political education for college students.The career development of counselors is a new proposition for the construction of counselor team,which is related to the connotative development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In view of the current problems of college counselors'lack of professional literacy,such as ability panic,weak sense of professional identity,imperfect training and training system,and bottlenecks in career promotion,this paper intends to improve counselors'professional skills and optimize counselors'career development path by clarifying career positioning,improving professional skills,strengthening career planning,building development platform,and building a diversified evaluation and assessment mechanism for counselors.
