应用型本科院校数智化财务人才培养模式探究

Research on the Training Mode of Financial Talents with Digital Intelligence in Application-oriented Universities

数智化时代的到来对财务人员的能力提出了更高的要求,国内的本科院校也顺应时代的发展,加快了数智化财务人才培育的探索。文章从数智化时代非金融企业财务岗位的需求出发,分析了数智化财务人才需具备的能力,提出了现阶段数智化财务人才培养中存在的问题,并给出了相应的建议。

With the arrival of the times of digital intelligence,financial professionals have been required for the higher ability.And domestic universities accelerate to research the training of financial talented people with digital intelligence in order to adapt to the development of the times.Based on the demands of professional financial positions in nonfinancial enterprises in the times of digital intelligence,this paper analyzes the abilities of financial talents with digital intelligence,puts forward the problems existing in the training of financial talents with digital intelligence at the present stage,and gives some related advice.
