大学生作为新时代社会主义的建设者和接班人,担负着民族复兴时代大任,法律素养作为大学生全面素质中的重要内容,对学生正确价值观念的形成起着关键作用。信息化社会带来的网络文化极易影响大学生的思想观念,提升大学生法律素养,不仅是学校的责任,也需要社会、家庭、学生自身等各层面协同努力。现阶段,大法律素养教育需要依托立德树人理念,从创建良好法治社会环境、高校教育注重德法共治及充分发挥学生主体作用等路径入手,切实提升学生的法律素养,培育全面发展的时代新人。

As the builders and successors of socialism in the new era,college students shoulder the great task of national rejuvenation.As an important part of college students'overall quality,legal literacy plays a key role in the formation of students'correct values.The network culture brought about by the information society is very easy to affect students'ideas and improve the legal literacy of college students,which is not only the responsibility of the school,but also requires the concerted efforts of society,family,students themselves and other levels.At the present stage,the education of big legal literacy needs to rely on the concept of establishing morality and cultivating people,start from the path of creating a good social environment of rule of law,paying attention to the co-governance of morality and law in college education,and giving full play to the role of students as the main body,so as to effectively improve students'legal literacy and cultivate new people of the era with all-round development.
