基于产教融合的高职院校创新创业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

目前产教融合的大背景下,高职院校应认识到产教融合对创新创业人才培养的重要性,并逐渐探索适应高职院校创新创业人才培养模式。文章以产教融合为切入点,从理论上探讨了产教融合的内涵以及创新创业的基本要求,并从产教结合的角度,探讨了产教融合对高职教育创新创业人才培养的重要性。对当前产教融合背景下高职院校创新创业人才培养存在的问题展开深入研究,并构建高职院校创新创业人才的培养模式。

In the current context of integration of industry and education,higher vocational colleges should recognize the importance of integration of industry and education for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and gradually explore the training mode for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges.Taking the integration of industry and education as the starting point,this article theoretically discusses the connotation of the integration of industry and education and the basic requirements for innovation and entrepreneurship,and discusses the importance of the integration of industry and education for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational education from the perspective of the integration of industry and education.To conduct in-depth research on the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges under the current context of integration of industry and education,and to build a trainingmodel for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges.
