“双碳”背景下矿业工程创新人才培养存在的问题及改进对策 被引量:1

摘要 “双碳”背景下,传统矿业工程创新人才培养主要存在培养目标、培养过程、培养课程体系、培养途径与方法、学生国际化培养尚不能满足“双碳”目标等问题。基于此提出确立矿业工程创新型人才培养目标、建设创新人才思政教育工程、完善课程体系与教学方法、优化实践育人与创新能力提升培养体系、开阔“双碳”背景下矿业工程专业学生国际化视野“五大对策”。为其他高校矿业工程“双碳”人才培养提供一定参考。 The cultivation of innovative talents in traditional mining engineering mainly has problems such as training objectives,training process,training curriculum system,training approaches and methods,and students'international training cannot meet the"double carbon"objectives.Based on this,under the background of"double carbon",the"five countermeasures"were proposed to establish the training goal of innovative talents in mining engineering,build the ideological and political education project for innovative talents,improve the curriculum system and teaching methods,optimize the training system of practical education and innovation ability improvement,and broaden the international vision of mining engineering students.This study can provide some reference for the training mode of mining engineering talents under the"double carbon"background of other universities.
