基于医学研究生创新能力培养的实验室安全管理建设研究

Research on Construction of Laboratory Safety Management System Based on Cultivating Innovation Ability of Medical Graduate Students

实验室安全是高校培养医学研究生创新能力的重要保障。文章针对右江民族医学院研究生安全意识薄弱和实验室安全管理中存在的问题进行分析,通过加强实验室安全教育培训力度、落实导师指导教育责任、严格实行奖惩制度、研究生参与实验室安全管理等多项举措,创建了一套合适的实验室安全管理体系,旨在为高校实验室安全管理提供参考,也为培养创新型医学人才提供可行性思路。

Laboratory safety is an important guarantee for cultivating the innovative ability of medical graduate students in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the weak safety awareness of the graduate students in Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities and the problems in the laboratory safety management,the article has created a set of appropriate laboratory safety management system by strengthening the laboratory safety education and training,implementing the instructor's guiding education responsibility,strictly implementing the reward and punishment system,and the graduate students'participation in the laboratory safety management,aiming at providing reference for the laboratory safety management in colleges and universities,It also provides feasible ideas for training innovative medical talents.
