仪器设备更新在很大程度上促进了高校科研工作的开展,因此高校需要将全生命周期概念引入仪器设备管理绩效考核中,从而规范资产管理,进一步提升相关资产的使用效益。基于以上认识,文章从高校仪器设备资产管理工作的概念出发,结合现阶段高校仪器设备资产管理存在的问题,分析全生命周期视野下高校仪器设备资产管理绩效考核措施,希望能够为高校仪器设备资产管理绩效考核工作提供一定的思路。

The renewal of instruments and equipment has greatly promoted the development of scientific research in colleges and universities.Therefore,colleges and universities need to introduce the concept of full life cycle into the performance assessment of instrument and equipment management,so as to standardize asset management and further improve the use efficiency of relevant assets.Based on the above understanding,the article starts from the concept of university instrument and equipment asset management,and combines the existing problems of university instrument and equipment asset management at the present stage,analyzes the performance assessment measures of university instrument and equipment asset management under the perspective of the whole life cycle,hoping to provide some ideas for the performance assessment of university instrument and equipment asset management.
