摘要
校园文化建设是学校管理工作的重点,隐性课程管理与校园文化建设关系密切。文章研究介绍隐性课程的概念,以及利用隐性课程为校园文化奠基,为校园文化建设提供有效路径;强调隐性课程开发与校园文化建设相结合,为提高学生的综合素养提供新思路,为增强文化自信打开新格局。为打造全新的校园文化,教育管理者需要充分开发隐性课程的各个要素,将观念、物质、心理、制度上的隐性课程管理与校园文化建设相结合。
Campus culture construction is the focus of school management,and hidden curriculum management is closely related to campus culture construction.Study and introduce the concept of hidden curriculum,and use hidden curriculum to lay the foundation for campus culture and provide an effective path for campus culture construction;Emphasizing the combination of hidden curriculum development and campus culture construction provides new ideas for improving students'comprehensive literacy and opens up a new pattern for enhancing cultural self-confidence.In order to create a brand-new campus culture,educational administrators need to fully develop all elements of hidden curriculum and combine the management of hidden curriculum in concept,material,psychology and system with the construction of campus culture.
