德国双元制职业教育考试模式对我国职业教育考试改革的借鉴与启示

German Dual-system Vocational Education Examination Model and its Enlightenment on the Reform of Vocational Education Examination in China

考试是教学工作的重要环节之一,是了解学生的学习效果、知识能力水平的手段,也是评价教师的教学效果的基本方式,科学、规范、权威的考试,对教学具有评价、导向的重要作用。目前,我国职业教育考试中存在的考试形式单一、僵化,考核内容脱离职业岗位要求,考核主体不够权威,考核组织不够规范等问题,不利于我国新时代职业教育培养技术技能型人才目标的实现。德国双元制职业教育考试模式享誉世界,为培养高质量技术技能型人才提供了保障。文章通过对德国双元制职业教育考试模式的研究,以期为我国职业教育考试改革提供借鉴。

Examination is one of the important links of teaching work,a means to understand students'learning effect and knowledge ability level,and a basic way to evaluate teachers'teaching effect.Scientific,standardized and authoritative examination plays an important role in evaluation and guidance of teaching.At present,there are many problems in China's vocational education examination,such as the single and rigid examination form,the examination content divorced from the requirements of vocational posts,the examination subject is not authoritative enough,and the examination organization is not standardized enough,which is not conducive to the realization of the goal of training technical and skilled talents in China's vocational education in the new era.Germany's dual-system vocational education examination model is world-renowned and provides a guarantee for training high-quality technical and skilled talents.The article can provide reference for the reform of vocational education examination in China through the study of the dual-system vocational education examination model in Germany and its achievements.
