摘要
高校是国家建设世界人才中心和创新高地的重要阵地。新时代对高校学科和人才队伍建设工作提出更高需求,为此,作者团队探索出基于大数据的工作思路和模式,运用知识工程技术构建了全球学科人才信息供应链,搭建了全球学科人才雷达系统,实现了全球学科人才数据的一体化治理,在学科建设分析、人才精准发现、人才精准培育、科研情报支持等方面形成了新方法新经验。
Universities are an important position for the country to build a world talent center and innovation highland.In the new era,there is a higher demand for the construction of disciplines and talent teams in universities.To this end,the author's team has explored a work idea and model based on big data,constructed a global discipline talent information supply chain using knowledge engineering technology,established a global discipline talent radar system,and realized the integrated governance of global discipline talent data.In terms of discipline construction analysis,accurate talent discovery,accurate talent cultivation New methods and experiences have been formed in scientific research information support.
