Under the background of energy transformation,how to achieve the goal of building a first-class undergraduate major in oil and gas storage and transportation engineering is a very challenging problem.The oil and gas storage and transportation engineering specialty of China University of Petroleum(Beijing)focuses on the intelligent development trend of oil and gas storage and transportation engineering and the internal development needs of professional upgrading under the background of the new engineering discipline.Guided by the Party construction work in the new era,it has carried out all-round exploration and practice of strengthening the construction of teaching staff,continuously deepening the teaching reform,exploring the cultivation mode of talents'innovative ability and constantly improving the international level of professional construction,A set of professional construction plans adapted to the new situation has been gradually formed,and the professional construction has achieved initial results,and the quality of talent training has been significantly improved.This paper summarizes the exploration and practice during the construction of the first-class specialty,and provides beneficial solutions for the specialty construction of China's oil and gas storage and transportation engineering.
