Industry-university Cooperation Model of University of Tokyo and its Enlightenment

产学合作有利于大学提升科研水平和人才培养质量,有利于企业降低改革创新成本与提升竞争力,实现校企互利共赢。文章从组织体系、实践活动、政策保障三个方面分析了东京大学产学合作模式的成熟经验,并总结了其对我国高校的启示:加强领导,夯实合作基础;增进校企交流,助推联合研究、成果转化及人才培养;创新体制机制,确保合作成效;推进校内创业活动,并提供全力支持;推行配套政策体系,保障合作顺利推进。

Industry-university cooperation can help universities improve the level of scientific research and the quality of personnel training,and enterprises reduce the cost of reform and innovation and enhance their competitiveness,so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results between them.The article analyzes the mature experience of the University of Tokyo's industry-school cooperation mode from three aspects of organization system,practice and policy protection,and summarizes its enlightenment to the university of Tokyo:strengthen the leadership,tamp the cooperation foundation;E nhance university-enterprise exchanges,promote joint research,achievement transformation and talent training;Innovation of institutions and mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of cooperation;Promote campus entrepreneurial activities and provide full support;We will implement a system of supporting policies to ensure smooth progress of cooperation.
