高校应用型改革背景下人才内涵的辨析与培养目标探讨

在当前新一轮科技革命背景下,我国高校开展应用型人才培养改革的紧迫性与必要性日益凸显。何为应用型人才,应用型人才的培养目标是什么?对上述问题的探讨,有助于教育工作者系统理性地认识人才内涵,且科学地确定当前我国高校的人才培养目标。文章首先回顾高校开展应用型人才培养的背景,然后对应用型人才的内涵展开辨析,最后探讨应用型人才的培养目标。通过对应用型人才内涵的辨析来明确应用型人才的培养目标,解决理论研究与人才培养实践中可能遇到的困惑,具有一定的实践指导价值。

In the context of the current new round of scientific and technological revolution,the urgency and necessity of China's colleges and universities to undertake the reform of applied talent training are highlighted.So,what is applied talent and what is the training goal of applied talent?The discussion of the above issues will help educators to systematically and rationally understand the connotation of talents and accurately grasp the current talent training objectives of China's colleges and universities.This paper first reviews the background of the training of applied talents in colleges and universities in China,then analyzes the connotation of applied talents,and finally discusses the training objectives of applied talents.Through the analysis of the connotation of applied talents,this paper clarifies the training objectives of applied talents,solves the puzzles that may be encountered in theoretical research and talent training practice,and has certain practical guidance value.
