摘要
作为心理学研究的新动向,积极心理学的兴起和传播为高校心理健康教育提供了新方向。将积极心理学理念贯穿于心理健康服务工作中有助于引导学生挖掘自身潜在的积极心理品质与内在资源,同时将推动高职心理健康教育跳出原有“问题式”“病理式”的传统教育模式。文章基于积极心理学视角,以长沙职业技术学院为例,从“教育与指导、咨询与自助、自助与他助”等方面深入探索如何构建积极的高职心理健康服务体系,旨在促进高职学生心理健康和职业综合素质的不断提升。
As a new trend of psychology research,the rise and spread of positive psychology provide a new direction for mental health education in colleges and universities.It is helpful to guide students to explore their own potential positive psychological quality and internal resources through the concept of positive psychology in mental health service work,and promote the mental health education in higher vocational colleges to jump out of the original"problematic"and"pathological"traditional education mode.This article is based on positive psychology perspective,with Changsha Vocational&Technical College as an example,from"education and guidance,consulting and self-help,self-help and he helps"to explore how to build positive aspects such as mental health service system,to promote higher vocational students'psychological health and to improve the comprehensive quality.
