协同治理视角下高校辅导员核心素养培育路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of College Counselors’ Core Quality from the Perspective of Collaborative Governance

高校辅导员核心素养是辅导员在适应社会变革中逐渐形成的对自身发展和工作成效起决定性作用的关键素质与核心能力,突出体现了辅导员的职业性和专业性。文章从协同治理与高校辅导员核心素养培育的契合机理入手,探讨高校辅导员核心素养培育面临的现实困境,提出了创新培育路径,建立政府、高校、辅导员三方协同发力机制,以期加强辅导员核心素养培育,提升新时代思想政治工作质量。

The core quality of college counselors is the key quality and core ability that counselors gradually form to play a decisive role in their own development and work effectiveness in adapting to social changes, which highlights the professionalism and professionalism of counselors. This paper starts with the matching mechanism between collaborative governance and the cultivation of college counselors’ core quality, discusses the practical difficulties faced by the cultivation of college counselors’ core quality, proposes innovative cultivation paths, and establishes a mechanism for the government, colleges, and counselors to work together in order to strengthen the cultivation of college counselors’ core quality and improve the quality of ideological and political work in the new era.
