基于校企合作的电子商务专业学生职业素养提升研究

新电子商务时代对电子商务从业人员和职业院校人才培养都提出了更高要求。文章分析了目前电子商务从业人员职业素养的基本要求、职业院校电子商务专业学生职业素养培养现状和校企合作联合培养学生职业素养的意义,提出了提升电子商务专业学生职业素养的策略,通过校企深度合作建立协同育人基地、共建职业素养课程体系、创新第二课堂实践教学等方式进一步培养电子商务学生的职业素养,提高人才的适应性。

The new e-commerce era has put forward higher requirements for e-commerce practitioners and vocational college personnel training. This paper analyzes the basic requirements for the professional quality of e-commerce practitioners at present, the current situation of the cultivation of the professional quality of e-commerce students in vocational colleges and the significance of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in cultivating the professional quality of students, and puts forward strategies to improve the professional quality of e-commerce students. Through the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, we can establish a collaborative education base, and jointly build a professional quality curriculum system Innovate the second classroom practice teaching and other ways to further cultivate the professional quality of e-commerce students and improve the adaptability of talents.
