“金课”背景下组织胚胎学实验教学方案研究

The Experimental Teaching Scheme of Histology and Embryology under the Background of "Golden Course"

实验平台及仪器是开展组织胚胎学实验教学的基础,同时也是制约线上实验教学发展的根本要素。文章贯彻大学“精英教育”的理念,借助信息通信、虚拟实验以及数据库技术,整合线上线下组胚教学资源,建立组胚教学实验图片库,设计出线上线下混合式组胚实验“金课”教学方案。经过一学期的教学验证,新教学方案效果良好,学生成绩更胜从前,成功突破了空间、时间及实验平台等因素对组织胚胎学实验教学的制约。

The experimental platform and instruments are the basis for carrying out the experimental teaching of histology and embryology, and also the fundamental factor restricting the development of online experimental teaching.The article implements the concept of "elite education" in universities, integrates the online and offline embryo teaching resources with the help of information communication, virtual experiment and database technology, establishes the embryo teaching experiment picture library, and designs the online and offline hybrid embryo experiment "golden class" teaching plan. After a semester of teaching verification, the new teaching scheme has a good effect, and the students’ performance is better than before. It has successfully solved the constraints of space, time and experimental platform on the experimental teaching of histology and embryology.
