地方高校教学评价指标制订与评教数据分析

摘要 科学的评教指标在一定程度上决定了评教结果的客观性,客观的评教结果才能真实地反映教师教学水平。文章针对地方高校制订了评教指标并进行了教学评价,对比分析了12名专业教师的评教结果以及同一学期教务处评教指标下的评教结果,结果表明:不同评教指标下评教结果具有较大差异。不同评教指标下的评教结果与往年4次的评教结果对比分析,表明所制订的评教指标下的评教结果具有更高的客观性,为地方高校评教指标的制订提供参考。 Scientific teaching evaluation criteria determine the objectivity of teaching evaluation results to a certain extent,and only objective teaching evaluation can truly reflect teachers’ teaching levels. In our work, teaching evaluation criteria were established and teaching performances were conducted for local universities. Comparing the results of 12 professional teachers with those of the same semester under the teaching evaluation criteria of the Academic Affairs Office, it can be found that different teaching evaluation criteria have widely different results. Besides, the results of our teaching evaluation are also compared with those of the four previous years, which shows that the evaluation criteria that our proposed are more objective.This paper provides a good guideline to establish the teaching evaluation criteria for local colleges and universities.
