新时代留学研究生管理与培养机制的改革实践——以浙江大学作物学科“一带一路”留学生班为例

The Reform and Practice of the Management and Training Mechanism of Overseas Graduate Students in the New Era——Take the "the Belt and Road" international student class of crop discipline of Zhejiang University as an example

近年来,“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学人数快速增长、留学层次不断提高,如何采用有效的管理与培养策略,进一步提高人才培养质量,成为新时代留学研究生培养、推进研究生教育国际化亟待解决的课题。浙江大学作物学科凭借雄厚的学科队伍和留学生培养基础及经验,立足本土,面向世界,以培养具有国际水平的拔尖创新人才与传播中华文化的友好使者为宗旨,通过构筑“三管齐下”培养机制,搭建留学生培养平台,拓宽其学术视野,积极推进研究生教育国际化,留学生培养质量稳步提升,教学改革取得显著成效。浙江大学作物学科留学生培养的实践经验,对我国留学生培养质量的提升具有很好的复制、借鉴与推广价值。

In recent years, the number of overseas students from countries along the "the Belt and Road" has grown rapidly and the level of overseas students has been constantly improving. How to adopt effective management and training strategies to further improve the quality of talent training has become an urgent issue to be solved in the new era of overseas graduate training and promoting the internationalization of graduate education. The crop discipline of Zhejiang University relies on a strong discipline team and the training foundation and experience of foreign students, bases itself on the local area, faces the world, and aims to cultivate top-notch innovative talents with international standards and friendly envoys to spread Chinese culture. Through building a "three pronged" training mechanism, it builds a training platform for foreign students, broadens its academic vision, actively promotes the internationalization of graduate education, and steadily improves the quality of foreign students’ training. The teaching reform has achieved remarkable results. The practical experience of the cultivation of foreign students in crop discipline of Zhejiang University has a good value of replication, reference and promotion for the improvement of the cultivation quality of foreign students in China.
