摘要
本研究以怀化学院社会工作专业三、四年级共计85位学生为调查对象,使用修正后的量表,研究社会工作专业本科的专业课程设置现状、专业认同现状、专业课程设置对专业认同的影响。SPSS软件分析结果表明:性别、年级、户籍与志愿类型均不影响专业课程设置以及专业认同;专业课程设置与专业认同有显著正相关关系;专业课程理论内容设置、专业课程结构设置对专业认同有显著正向影响。结合实际与分析结果提出须提升价值伦理类课程内容教学的内化成效,补足法律法规类课程内容短板,构建专业课程特色板块等改善建议。
In this study, 85 students in the third and fourth grades of social work major in Huaihua University were investigated. Using the revised scale, we studied the current situation of professional curriculum setting, professional identity, and the impact of professional curriculum setting on professional identity. The results of SPSS software analysis show that gender, grade, registered residence and volunteer type do not affect the professional curriculum and professional identity;There is a significant positive correlation between professional curriculum and professional identity;The theoretical content and structure of professional courses have a significant positive impact on professional identity. Based on the actual situation and the analysis results, it is proposed that we should improve the internalization effect of the content teaching of the value ethics courses, complement the short board of the content of the laws and regulations courses, and construct the characteristic plate of the professional courses.
