跨境电商专业“三融四化、多维协同”实践育人模式研究

Research on the Practice and Education Mode of "Three Integrations, Four Modernizations and Multi-dimensional Collaboration" of Cross-border E-commerce Specialty

摘要 数字经济推动了跨境电商行业快速发展,加强实践创新能力培养成了跨境电商人才培养的关键。文章针对跨境电商专业“创客”人才实践创新能力培养问题,研究建立并实践了“三融四化、多维协同”的实践育人模式,构建和阐述了该培养模式的内涵,并提出了四方面的实践对策:构建岗位要求、产业需要、专业素养与技能素质四结合的实践能力培养机制;基于岗位关键能力,设计跨境电商课程体系;多渠道搭建创客空间,实施分层创客培育;多方融合,共建教学评价机制,改革教学组织管理模式。 The digital economy has promoted the rapid development of the cross-border e-commerce industry,and strengthening the cultivation of practical innovation ability has become the key to the cultivation of cross-border ecommerce talents.Aiming at the cultivation of the practical innovation ability of cross-border e-commerce professional"makers"talents,we have studied,established and practiced the"three integrations,four modernizations,and multidimensional collaboration"practical education model,and constructed and elaborated the connotation of this training model,and put forward four practical countermeasures:building a practical ability training mechanism of"four combinations of job requirements,industrial needs,professional quality and skill quality";Based on the key competencies of the post,design the cross-border e-commerce curriculum system;Build a maker space through multiple channels and implement layered maker cultivation;We should integrate various aspects and jointly build a teaching evaluation mechanism to reform the teaching organization and management model.
