Research and Innovation on the Training Mode of Top-notch Innovative Talents in New Engineering under the Concept of "All Three Education"

全面推进新工科改革,构建“三全育人”工作新格局,是培养拔尖创新人才的必然需求。文章提出以立德树人作为根本任务,坚持全员、全过程、全方位育人,加快建设和发展新工科,从个人能力、团队能力和全局意识三个维度重构面向未来的新工科拔尖人才能力框架,着力培养一批家国情怀深厚、学科基础扎实、实践能力强固、科研能力突出、具有国际化视野的拔尖创新人才。

It is necessary to comprehensively promote the reform of new engineering subjects and build a new pattern of"All Three Education"to cultivate top-notch innovative talents.This study proposes to take"establishing morality and cultivating people"as the basis,adhere to the whole process and all-round education of all staff,accelerate the construction and development of new engineering courses,and reconstruct the ability framework of the top talents of new engineering courses facing the future from the three dimensions of personal ability,team ability,and global awareness.To focus on cultivating a group of top-notch innovative talents with a solid academic foundation,strong practical ability,outstanding scientific research ability,and an international perspective.
