摘要
文章针对当前提升新工科大学生实践能力的两大创新载体,对学科竞赛和大创训练的差异性和相通性进行了深入分析和总结,结合对武汉大学新工科大学生的问卷调查,提出了以学科竞赛为目标驱动大学生创新训练的培养模式,以大创训练夯实低年级学生的专业知识基础,以学科竞赛升华高年级学生的实践能力,将创新思维培养始终贯穿于新工科人才培养的全过程,真正实现“以赛促学、以赛促教,学教互促,良性发展”,切实提高新工科人才培养质量。
Aiming at the two innovative carriers of improving the practical ability of new engineering students, the differences and similarities between discipline competition and innovation training were analyzed and summarized.Combined with the questionnaire survey of new engineering students in Wuhan University, the training mode of innovation training for college students was put forward, which was driven by discipline competition. The professional knowledge foundation of junior students was consolidated by innovation training, and the practical ability of senior students was sublimated by discipline competition. The cultivation of innovative thinking was always run through the whole process of cultivating new engineering talents, and the benign development of promoting learning by competition, promoting teaching by competition, mutual promotion of learning and teaching was realized, which will practically improve the quality of new engineering talents training.
