摘要 为深化产教融合、校企合作,健全双主体育人机制,研究现代学徒制视域下校企合作的人才培养问题,文章以新疆应用职业技术学院为例,通过市政工程技术专业学徒制试点实施,从招生招工一体化到构建“四位一体、工学结合、岗位培养”的递进式人才培养模式,实施双导师制培养,完善考评体系,以项目实施的具体做法和经验,提出校企合作的优化策略:优化学徒岗位课程项目促案例教学;优化双向考核评价促激励机制;优化校企合作方向促良好社会口碑,培养学生的家国情怀,服务地方区域建设。 In order to deepen the integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,improve the mechanism of dual sports personnel,and study the talent cultivation problem of school enterprise cooperation in the perspective of modern apprenticeship system,this paper takes Xinjiang Institute of Applied Technology as an example,through the pilot implementation of the apprenticeship system of municipal engineering technology,from the integration of enrollment and recruitment to the construction of a progressive talent training model of"four in one,work and learning,and job training",implements the dual tutorial system,and improves the evaluation system,Based on the specific practice and experience of project implementation,the optimization strategy of school enterprise cooperation is proposed:optimize the apprenticeship post curriculum project to promote case teaching;Optimize the two-way evaluation and incentive mechanism;Optimize the direction of school enterprise cooperation,promote good social reputation,cultivate students’feelings of family and country,and serve local regional construction.
