摘要
战略规划作为一种科学有效的管理方式,是学校实现快速发展、提高办学水平的重要手段。越来越多的高校认识到战略规划对学校发展的重要意义,开始纷纷设立专门机构来负责学校的战略规划工作。但是,由于我国高校发展战略规划起步较晚,还存在对战略规划价值认识不足、规划编制程序不规范不科学、规划实施缺乏有效工作机制等问题,需要进一步探索和完善,针对高校发展战略规划存在的问题,本文提出了一些建议和对策。
As a scientific and effective management mode,development strategic planning is an important means for schools to achieve rapid development and improve the level of running schools.More and more colleges and universities have realized the importance of strategic planning to the development of schools and have begun to set up special agencies to be responsible for the compilation of school strategic planning.However,due to the development strategic planning of colleges and universities in China started late,there is insufficient understanding of the value of strategic planning,planning program specification not science,planning and implementation of such problems as lack of effective working mechanism,to further explore and perfect,aimed at the problems existing in the development of strategic planning of colleges and universities,puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
