案例教学法在高职院校“常见疾病康复”教学中的应用

Research and practice of Case-based learning in the teaching of Common Diseases Rehabilitation in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

目的:探讨案例教学法在高职院校“常见疾病康复”教学中的应用效果。方法:选取四川护理职业学院2018级高职康复两个班级为研究对象,分别采用传统教学法和案例教学法进行教学活动。比较两组学生的理论成绩和技能成绩,以及学生对教学方法的评价。结果:案例教学班学生的理论成绩和技能成绩均较高,有统计学意义(p<0.05);案例教学法班级学生对教学方法给予了更高的评价,能改善学习氛围,提高学习自主性、学习效率和知识接受度,从而有利于教学质量的提高,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:案例教学法能有效改善学生的学习氛围、学习自主性和知识接受度,有利于良好学习习惯的培养,有助于学生掌握理论知识和技能操作,有利于教师教学质量的提高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of case teaching method in the teaching of"rehabilitation of common diseases"in higher vocational colleges.Methods:Two classes of vocational rehabilitation of Grade 2018 in our department were selected as the research objects and received traditional teaching method and case teaching method respectively.The theoretical and skill scores of the two groups were compared,as well as the students’evaluation of the teaching methods.Results:Compared with the traditional teaching class,the theoretical and skill scores of the students in the case teaching class were higher,and there was statistical significance(p<0.05).At the same time,the students in the class of case teaching method gave higher evaluation to the teaching method,which could improve the learning atmosphere,improve the learning autonomy,learning efficiency and knowledge acceptance,so as to improve the teaching quality,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Case teaching method can effectively improve students’learning atmosphere,learning autonomy and knowledge acceptance,which is conducive to the cultivation of good learning habits,and more conducive to students’mastery of theoretical knowledge and skills operation,so as to improve teachers’teaching quality.
