留学生线上课程有效教学模式探讨——以全英文“高等油藏工程”为例

Discussion on Effective Teaching Mode of Online Courses for Foreign Students——Taking Advanced Reservoir Engineering in English as an Example

在疫情逐渐常态化的背景下,线上授课成为一种普遍和重要的授课形式。尤其是对于身居国外的留学生,线上授课成了唯一选择,但由此带来的问题也日益突出。文章结合中国石油大学多年留学生教学的实际经验,对疫情形式下如何有效提高教学效果进行了思考和探索,分别从课前准备、授课环节、学习效果和课程评价四个方面提出了课前要充分准备、授课环节要增加课堂练习和提问次数、使用视频动画的演示提高学生积极性和通过学生课堂汇报提高其表达能力等教学建议,以期对提升教学效果起到抛砖引玉的作用。

In the context of the gradual normalization of the epidemic situation,online teaching has become a common and important form of teaching.Especially for foreign students living abroad,online teaching has become the only choice,but the problems caused by it are also increasingly prominent.Based on the practical experience of many years of teaching for foreign students in China University of Petroleum,this paper ponders and explores how to effectively improve the teaching effect in the form of epidemic situation,and puts forward that full preparation should be made before class,classroom exercises and questions should be increased during the teaching process The use of video animation demonstration to improve students’enthusiasm and improve their expression ability through class reports and other teaching suggestions are expected to play a role in promoting the teaching effect.
