高等学校科研机构专职行政干部绩效考核探析

摘要 行政管理队伍是高等学校改革发展的重要支撑力量,专职行政干部也是高校中容易被忽视的一类群体,现行的绩效考核管理体系与现实存在较大的差异,难以激发行政管理人员的积极性。高校科研机构作为服务国际科研前沿和国家战略需求而设置的新型机构,专职行政干部的发展通道很不顺畅,结合武汉大学2021年度科研机构专职行政干部考核工作,高校可从转变传统高校管理观念、完善绩效考核机制、多样化的激励方式等方面改善目前状况。 The administrative team is an important support force for the reform and development of colleges and universities,and full-time administrative cadres are also a group that is easy to be ignored in colleges and universities.The current performance appraisal management system is quite different from the reality,and it is difficult to stimulate the enthusiasm of administrative personnel.As a new institution set up to serve the international scientific research frontier and the national strategic needs,the development channel of full-time administrative cadres in university scientific research institutions is not smooth.Combined with the 2021 annual assessment of full-time administrative cadres in scientific research institutions of Wuhan University,colleges and universities can improve the current situation from the transformation of the traditional college management concept,improve the performance appraisal mechanism,diversified incentive methods.
