摘要
文章从教育学和管理学的角度出发,由内而外地分析了地方应用型本科院校在线课程建设和教学过程中出现的问题,提倡以隐性价值引导和外显激励措施相结合的方式更新在线课程教学理念、优化课程资源、提升教师教学能力、健全课程管理体制、激发教师课程建设的积极性,促进在线课程建设模式的改革。
From the perspective of pedagogy and management,this paper analyzes the problems in the construction and teaching of online courses in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges from the inside out,and advocates the combination of implicit value guidance and explicit incentive measures to update the teaching concept of online courses,optimize course resources,enhance teachers’teaching ability,improve the curriculum management system,and stimulate teachers’enthusiasm for curriculum construction,and promote the reform of online course construction mode.
