“双一流”建设是我国为提高国家核心竞争力而实施的一项重大教育工程。培养拔尖创新人才是“双一流”建设的核心任务,其在建设国家创新体系以及推动医学领域事业发展中发挥着重要作用。文章从基础医学研究生的角度出发,探讨了研究生教育的现状和问题,并且从培养模式、师资队伍建设以及科研平台等方面,提出“双一流”建设背景下,培养基础医学研究生科研创新能力的教学改革举措。

The construction of"double first class"is an important measure in the field of higher education to enhance the national competitiveness.Cultivating top-notch innovative talents is the core task of"double first-class"construction,which plays important roles in building a national innovation system and promoting the development of medical science.From the perspective of basic medical post-graduate students,this paper discusses the current situation and problems of post-graduate education,and puts forward teaching reform measures to cultivate and improve the scientific research innovation ability of basic medical post-graduate students from the aspects of training mode,scientific research platform and construction of teaching staff.
