摘要 “金属材料及热处理”课程改革秉承一个中心——以学生发展为中心,以掌握热处理的基本理论、知识和技能,获得良好的思辨能力和岗位胜任力;以工学人文精神和家国情怀为目标,采用理论与实验两条主线并行的教学策略。思政力、教研力、科研力、同行力,四力合一:采用ARCS动机激发模型提升学生学习的内在动能;在教学团队的组织实施下,融合先进的信息化教学技术,结合教师科研、企业案例和行业进展为学生提供丰富的教学资源,全程采用多元化、整体性、系统性评价方式,形成课程的深度学习,培养自信担当、本领过硬的制造业人才。 The curriculum reform of Metal Material Heat Treatment adheres to one center-student development as the center,to master the basic theory,knowledge and skills of heat treatment,and to obtain good thinking ability and post competency;With the humanistic spirit of engineering and family and country feelings as the goal,the teaching strategy of parallel two main lines of theory and experiment is adopted.Ideological and political power,teaching and research power,scientific research power,and peer power are integrated into one:ARCS motivation stimulation model is used to enhance the internal kinetic energy of students’learning;Under the organization and implementation of the teaching team,it integrates advanced information teaching technology,combines teachers’scientific research,enterprise cases and industry progress to provide students with rich teaching resources,adopts diversified,integrated and systematic evaluation methods throughout the process,forms in-depth learning of the curriculum,and cultivates manufacturing talents who are confident,responsible and competent.
